Terms of Use of the LIFE15 Platform

1.1. The object of this instrument is the temporary, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use the multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform named LIFE15.

1.2. The LIFE15 platform consists of a digital ecosystem structured to assist Christian churches in the follow-up, integration and ecclesiastical discipleship of new believers during their first 90 (ninety) days of the faith journey.

1.3. The system comprises:

• Web Administrative Panel (/admin/*): a centralized management interface for leaders and pastors to organize their disciplers and follow the spiritual progress of new believers;
• Dedicated Video Player (VSL Player): a mechanism for displaying content in a microlearning format (a strict limit of 15 minutes of daily playback) with synchronous interactive quizzes and a locked seek bar to ensure continuous viewing;
• Hybrid Pastoral Affinity Algorithm: a data intelligence system that processes compatibility between new believers and human disciplers;
• Pastoral AI Agent: a conversational assistant based on natural language processing integrated via API to answer basic ecclesiastical questions from new believers 24 hours a day.

1.4. LIFETECH acts solely and exclusively as a supplier and developer of cloud software infrastructure. LIFETECH has no interference, control or civil, technical or theological liability over the content of the videos uploaded, the guidance of faith provided by human disciplers, or the personalized responses generated by the Pastoral AI Agent, which are the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTING CHURCH.

2.1. Zero Friction for the New Believer: in accordance with the platform's operating model, the NEW BELIEVER does not need to download local applications or create login and password credentials. Access to the VSL Player and the Pastoral AI Agent occurs strictly through dynamic, temporary navigation links based on universally unique identifiers (UUIDv4) generated in encrypted form and sent automatically via WhatsApp.

2.2. Data Isolation (Row-Level Security): the storage of ecclesiastical data and interactions occurs on Supabase infrastructure under the logical isolation of the PostgreSQL database tables. The separation of data between different contracting churches is guaranteed by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. The CONTRACTING CHURCH and PLATFORM USERS acknowledge that any attempt to circumvent the logical isolation of the database shall constitute a most serious breach of contract, giving rise to immediate termination of the service for cause and the assessment of losses and damages.

2.3. Security of Administrative Credentials: PLATFORM USERS who have access to the administrative panel are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access passwords. Sharing access credentials among leaders, pastors or church volunteers is expressly prohibited.

3.1. The NEW BELIEVER and the CONTRACTING CHURCH acknowledge and declare that all conversations held with the Pastoral AI Agent and all counseling provided on the platform have a sole and exclusively ecclesiastical, theological, religious and morally supportive purpose.

3.2. Disclaimer of Scientific and Medical Nature: the LIFE15 platform, the Pastoral AI Agent and the interactions promoted by human disciplers do not provide medical, therapeutic, psychological, psychiatric or emergency social assistance advice. Use of the system is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, prevent or cure any type of clinical pathology, mental disorder, depression or physical and psychological health crises.

3.4. Although the Pastoral AI Agent has real-time semantic analysis algorithms to trigger emergency prayer and support alerts to registered pastors upon identifying patterns of deep distress, this functionality constitutes preventive social support and does not replace the need for competent medical and clinical intervention.

4.1. Contracting LIFE15 shall take place in accordance with the plan tiers ("Free", "Pro" and "Enterprise") made available in the administrative panel, whose operational characteristics, message-sending limits and billing amounts are fully described on the contracting screen.

4.2. Automatic Renewal and Transparency: "Pro" and "Enterprise" subscriptions operate under an automated recurring billing regime (monthly or annual, as selected upon contracting). Billing for the subsequent cycle will occur automatically on the registered credit card or chosen payment method, unless the CONTRACTING CHURCH formally requests cancellation of the recurrence.

4.3. Right of Withdrawal (CDC): in strict compliance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law no. 8.078/1990), the CONTRACTING CHURCH may exercise its right of withdrawal within up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of initial subscription or of the first paid upgrade of the administrative account. The exercise of this right shall give rise to contract termination and the full refund of any amounts charged in the period, and must be requested expressly via the email address contato@life15.com.br.

4.4. One-Click Cancellation (Ban on Dark Patterns): LIFETECH undertakes to provide a transparent cancellation experience, free of barriers, hidden steps, abusive retention or manipulative interface flows (dark patterns). The CONTRACTING CHURCH may cancel the automatic renewal of its subscription at any time directly in the account settings panel with a single visual confirmation click.

4.5. Closure Rules and Third-Party Subscriptions: if cancellation of the subscription occurs after the legal 7 (seven)-day withdrawal period has elapsed, the features of the contracted plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle already started, with no right to partial refunds or proportional returns of ongoing fees. If contracting was carried out through third-party app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the billing, cancellation and refund rules will strictly follow the terms and procedures established by those respective platforms.

5.1. LIFETECH is the sole and exclusive holder of all intellectual rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks and patents relating to the LIFE15 platform, covering the back-end code, integration architectures, screen design, VSL Player logic and the affinity and triage algorithms.

5.2. Visual Identity Application Guidelines: in the development and application of public welcome interfaces associated with the LIFE15 brand, the CONTRACTING CHURCH and its PLATFORM USERS undertake to fully respect the application's Brand Guidelines Manual, strictly complying with the following rules:

• Slogan Application: the official slogan "15 minutes for a transformed life." must be used in isolation, in lowercase letters (except the initial letter), ending with a period, and always positioned outside the main geometric block of the logo;
• Official Color Palette: use the brand's standard color palette, composed of Night-blue (#0B1530), institutional Petrol (#111D3B), Life-green (#3AC460), Brand-purple (#7445B1) and the official brand gradient (#21ADB7 → #7445B1 → #B02FAA), applied over light surfaces (#F5F7FB) in the visual interfaces in contact with the new believer and in promotional materials;
• Aesthetic Prohibitions: the use of color combinations that distort the balance of the brand, the excessive use of gradients, the application of heavy shadows or any geometric deformation over the "LIFE15" wordmark is forbidden; the soft corners, discreet shadows and clean aesthetic of the visual system must be preserved;
• Typography Restriction: maintain typographic consistency using the Sora font exclusively for headings and feature displays and the Inter font for body text and informational messages.

6.1. This agreement is governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law no. 12.965/2014), the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13.709/2018).

6.2. To settle any doubts, disputes or litigation arising from this instrument, the parties elect the courts of the District of Campina Grande/PB as the sole competent venue, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.
